Dear John

Kind regards,

I think you are on to something here. I also do not believe it is his fault. I would blame the airlines for those crappy little liquor bottles they provide. Jake the Snake was used to drinking cheap vodka out of the large 1.75 ml plastic bottles from the bottom shelf and when he was given 24 small bottles on the airlines did not know they contained vodka. He probably assumed they were Holy Water and was performing a pre-wrestling match blessing ritual.

"But the story behind the scenes is even more tragic. According to several sources, the 53-year-old legend was found passed out backstage moments before he was scheduled to perform. We're told when Snake was woken up, he was aggressive, violent and asking for "an 8-ball."

We're also told nearly two dozen empty airplane bottles of vodka were found by his gear."

If you could get back to me with your thoughts on the airline poisoning him ASAP I would appreciate it.

Dear elTerrible
kind regards
All you can do is heap scorn on a legend who is obviously down on his luck.
Jake Roberts is no longer "the snake", rather he is a senile shell of the great man that he was and is now being exploited by promoters and wrestlers alike.
My advice to Jake is to leave the wrestling business and gain some stability.
Jim Hellwig (The Ultimate Warrior) was right when he said that wrestlers are too dependent on the business and should find an alternative profession/life when their time is over.
I know that Jake Roberts never liked the Warrior, but now is the time for Jake to take the Warrior's sound advice.
Both the Ultimate Warrior and the Rock are inspirations, they got to the height of their profession, made their money and then left the wrestling business to pursue outside ventures.
If a person doesn't get out of wrestling at the end of their prime, it ends up destroying them.
Wrestling is a great show business, but a cold hearted one too.
yours thankfully
John
